We want you to be fully satisfied with your audio experience, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our premium headphones and accessories. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Place the headphones back in their original retail packaging, ensuring all cables, adapters, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
